Hello my name is LaToshia! I currently live in Oklahoma. My ultimate goal is changing as many lives for the better. I bring a wealth of knowledge in the fitness and wellness industry, with a special focus on non-invasive body sculpting techniques. I am a foodie, fitness junkie, fashion junkie, and love traveling! Born athlete and have played many different sports growing up from basketball, gymnastic, track, and list goes on. Basketball is what led me later in life to a successful collegiate basketball career. Training hard for sports was just the beginning of my fitness journey. My love for health and fitness became my lifestyle and I am now following my passion through non-invasive treatments that leave you feeling pampered and refreshed.
